CY Property Group respects your right to have your personal data deleted under the GDPR.
How to request deletion
Send an email to with the subject line “Data deletion request” and include:
- Your full name.
- The telephone number you used to contact us on WhatsApp (if applicable).
- The property or building you are associated with (optional, helps us locate your records).
Alternatively, send the message “DELETE MY DATA” to our WhatsApp business number, or write to us at 98 Arch. Makariou III Avenue, Larnaca 6017, Cyprus.
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 working days.
- We may ask you to verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorised deletion requests.
- Your WhatsApp conversation history, contact details and any files you shared with us will be permanently deleted from our messaging systems within 30 days.
- Some records (for example issued invoices and accounting entries) must be kept for up to 7 years under Cypriot tax law. These will be retained only for that legal purpose and removed when the retention period ends.
