These terms apply to the use of the website and to communications with CY Property Group (“we”, “us”), 98 Arch. Makariou III Avenue, Larnaca 6017, Cyprus, through our WhatsApp business number and other digital channels.
1. Our services
CY Property Group provides communal and individual property management services in Cyprus. The specific services, fees and obligations for each property are set out in the management agreement signed with the owners or the management committee. Nothing on this website or in a WhatsApp message changes that agreement unless confirmed in writing.
2. WhatsApp communications
- Our WhatsApp business number is a channel for service requests, maintenance reports, notices and billing information. It is not an emergency line. In an emergency contact the relevant authorities (112) first.
- Messages are handled during our business hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–13:30 and 14:30–17:00, Friday 08:00–13:30. Messages received outside these hours are answered on the next working day.
- Some replies are automated. A human will follow up when needed.
- By messaging us on WhatsApp you agree that we may reply to you on the same number and store the conversation as described in our .
- You may opt out of non-essential (marketing) messages at any time by replying “STOP”. Service and billing notices may still be sent where necessary for the management of your property.
- Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to the WhatsApp Terms of Service.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to send unlawful, abusive, misleading or spam content through our channels, and not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.
4. Payments
Invoices are issued according to the management agreement. Payment instructions and due dates are shown on each invoice. Online payments are processed by JCC Payment Systems under their own terms.
5. Website content
The information on this website is provided for general guidance and may be updated without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from delays in messaging channels beyond our control (including outages of WhatsApp or telecommunications networks).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. The courts of Larnaca have exclusive jurisdiction.
